What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers. For in-store pickups, you can also pay in cash or via terminal.
How long does shipping take within Hungary?
Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. If the product is in stock and ordered before 12:00 PM, we strive for next-day delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that opened software or hygiene-sensitive items may have restrictions.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our hardware products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer extended iSTYLE warranty packages for extra peace of mind.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Personal Pickup' option during checkout to collect your order at any of our physical iSTYLE showrooms across Hungary at no extra cost.
Do you offer tax-free shopping for tourists?
Yes, non-EU residents are eligible for a VAT refund. Please request the necessary Tax-Free forms from our staff when making a purchase in-store.
